What would cause a sudden rattle in motor and oil on 1 plug. Was running fine

Running good, no noise turned off after driving. Crank back and bad rattle sound from motor. OBD code 1537 showed up. Went from fine to sounding like it's got something loose inside the motor. There is one plug that is got oil on it.

Yes. All the sound is. I thought maybe rocker arm or something may have broke or come loose.

It sounds like its knocking. I can't see that though. Running too good when I drove it. Overnight start knocking without even started? What about the excessive amount of oil on the plug? It's only on one.

Check the compression on that cylinder
