I turn my key and I hear a click I keep turning my key and after about 15 minutes it will eventually start what may be the problem

Does it do this when the engine is warm?Also what is clicking? Any codes in the computer?Do you have a multimeter to do some testing?Have you had the battery tested? Made sure the battery cables are clean and tight?
