Ford F-150 Fuse Problem
My truck was super low on oil and developed a strong shimmy when i drive now and has a hard time acclerating. This has just started today and there are no signs of a leak on my driveway I am confused on what is going on...

and i did put the oil back in it...

the damage may already have been done from no oil. always check your oil everytime you get fuel.
most like have internal damage on the mains/rod bearings. have a shop check it for you. adding oil will not bring it back to life without repairing the damage
