when i accelerate it shakes a lot

Hi I have a 98 F150 4.2 V6 and the problem with it is that when i accelerate it shakes a lot and it doesn't advance also i i gave it a tune up but the problem was already there before the tune up?

When I accelerate it does not advance it stays on the same speed and it shakes a lot.
