Ford Explorer Battery Problem

My Ford explorer wont start the belt tentioner broke but I rigged it to work for a while but one day it rained read bad and my car would die when I drove through a puddle also the tentioner got loose again so I raped it down when I when to start the car it crank over but then bogged down now it wont start I fixer the airflow mass sensor spark plugs ignition coil some relays new battery

check to see if the battery is charged, do you mean it won't turn over or it won't run. the belt and tensioner shold be replaced ifnot already and check charging syste.
