1998 Ford Explorer Repair Question

Ford Explorer Dealer Problem
By any chance is there a way to go around key chip code?i lost my key to my 1998 explorer so i drilled tumblers to remove key cly. to unlock steering wheel and manualy crank but engine spins, no start!!!

you need a new cylinder with key and then tow it to the dealer to have the security programmed
