When I fill the truck(98 Expedition 5.4), the needle does not go all the way up. I have changed the fuel pump twice, once last year and earlier this summer.. What could be the problem for such misreading. Also, the mileage that is read on the reader(located at the top) read way lower than it should.. Ex, On a full tank (without it's present problem) will read 350 miles on a full tank.. Can you help me resolve these issues please..
