Rite behind the alternator there is a bolt stripped out n re tapping didn't work. I was what kind of metal and cld it be welded

Does it go to engine block or bracket. If bracket use a longer bolt and nut if youcan if into block heli coil it.

I got it. I had made a 1/8 slab of steal n tacked the alternator to the front corner panel to suck it up tight
