Ford Escort Body Problem
Air is coming back out where the oil goes causing it to shake a lot at a stop what are my consequences on not getting it fixed and what do I tell repair guy problem to be fixed

do not run it with the oil cap off. it could be worn rings.
do not tell the tech what is wrong. let him tell you the issue. nobody like anyone to tell them there job.
