Ford 500 Check engine light Problem
Po401 code replaced all sensors and egr valve? check engine light come back on after 45 miles what else can it be?

P0401 – Exhaust Gas Recirculation Flow Insufficient Detected
Fault codes never say to replace parts. They only indicate the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis. Probably the most common cause of low flow is a passage plugged with carbon.
