My dodge stratus failed smog test in the emissions part of the test. The timing function n/a. The no failed at 15 mph by 600 ppn and at 25 mph it failed about a 180 ppn. What can I do to make it pass smog. Is it the timing belt?

NOX failures have nothing to do with the timing belt. It is possible to have a failure in the exhaust gas recirculation system. That would affect NOX. I recommend a visit to your Dodge service provider straightaway.
