Truck starts, idels and runs perfect but after highway speed... please help!

Truck runs and idels great. Once out on the road and driving highway speed I will exit and come to stop now truck is still running but once I take off and get to 2nd gear it will sputter and backfire and won't pick up speed. Feels like its not getting fuel but I have already replaced fuel pump and getting good pressure. What could be the problem here?

I've replaced the crank sensor, cam position sensor, throttle position sensor, and the ignition coil. Still has the same problem and engine light still on.
