my seatbelt light comes on and my truck starts sucking air and tries to stall

my fuel mileage is very bad and the truck tries to stall and sounds like it has a vacuum leak and the seatbelt light comes on instead of the check engine light its a 5.9 gasoline 2whl dr ext cab

have an auto parts store see if there are any codes by scanning eht engine, they do this for no charge. then look for vacuum hoses off or soft. if it still does it then take choke cleaner and sparay around the intake for vacuum leaks. check the ground for battery to body, enge to batt and body to engine. you may have ha bad seatbelt switch as well.
