Dodge Ram Fuse Problem

I own a 1998 dodge ram 1500 318.
the other day on my way to work, I noticed that the transmission was not shifting into over drive very well.
On the way home it did the same thing, but seemed to clear up both times after it had a chance to warm up.
I got home, Put the truck in neutral, opened the hood and the motor died.
started it again, did the same thing.
Put it in park, it idled normal and never shut off. all fluids were full and proper colors.
since then, I have not had spark. I have changed the coil, the CPS, and to top it off the fuel pump will not shut off. The OBD2 is not picking up on anything either. I have a ignition pick-up, but if I dont need to put it in, I need to take it back.

I have looked thru every fuse in the truck, inside and out.
im stuck!
I hope you can help.
call me after 9 am I live in KY.
I know my truck, but this is pissing me off!
