Leaking fuel filter

I looked at the fuel filter I put it back on it cranked up I noticed I had a fuel leak I cut it off and now the truck will turn over but it will not fire up?

Check the fuel pressure with a gauge if its withn specs-start here

Did you install the filter properly? Some filters have an anti-backflow valve in them to keep fuel from draining back to the tank when the engine is off. Did you kink any of the fuel lines? Is there fuel in the tank? Spray some carb cleaner into the air inlet for the engine while trying to start it. Does that allow it to start? Did you disconnect the fuel pump, purposefully or accidentally?
