I've changed the cank & CAM shaft position.

I've changed the cank & cam shaft position sensor and I still have a stall when the car worms up. (Im in a complete stop and want to go go but it stalls for a few seconds then it will go) I also took it in for a check engine light and told me its a "system too rich bank 1 & 2" please help

Check fuel pressure first.
