:) Tank,s for the fast answer .
I have chekt the rar viper motor and the washer motor and they are working but nothing happens when i push the buttens and the fan dose only work at hiest speed .
I changed the panel with a simular panel from a 1996 voyager but then all the buttens went flashing all the time but the fan was working as befor at hiest speed . all the other tings and elektronic are working as they shuled eccept the remot lock for the drivers dorr dose not work .

Since you replaced the HVAC Computer, which obviously requires unplugging it, see if this helps:

check for voltage going to the motor with a test light.the a/c fan has a resister panel screwed into the top of the a/c case.2 screws hold it in.unplug and remove it youll see rows of wire on it.
