My passenger side rear brake is a pad. For some reason the brake is not moving and it is stuck against the rotor at all times. It doesn't really affect driving but I can hear it grinding all the time. The pads in the back two tires look pretty worn and I was thinking about replacing them anyways. Would this be the cylinder that is stuck and not pushing the brakes away from the rotor? Does this mean the caliper would need to be replaced? Again this is only the passenger side the driver side back works fine.
