98 Monte Carlo blower motor and defroster stopped workomg no blown fuses

Hit rr tracks drl's went out lights still ok with switch but rr defroster and heater blower no longer work. No blown fuses. Thanks.

So the inside blower fan is inop on all speeds?Do you have a multimeter?

Correct. Blower doesn't work at all. As well as rr defroster AND drl headlights only (running and dash lights go on auto after dark, and headlights work if switched on). Yes I have a multimeter, not sure where to start though. Thanks!

Lets start with the blower motor do you have auto climate control or manual?
