Why would my 1998 Malibu continue to run hot after ive changed the water pump and thermostat?

The heater does dont blow hot air after car warms up either

Does both hoses going into your heater core get really hot?What about the upper and lower heater hoses do both of them get really hot?Does your radiator fan come on when it gets really hot?

Yes all my hoses get hot. I bypassed the heater core and it is still running hot.

Have you tried bleeding the cooling system could be airlock in it-if not do so and see what happens

Thats a good point rastamaz do the radiator hose kick can you feel air pockets running thru them?Also does your radiator fan work correctly?What temp does it come on at?
