One of the Instrument Cluster lights is off, such as how hot the car gets? Could someone please give me instructions on how to take apart the dashboard on my Chevy 1998 Lumina. So I can change out the Instrument light (bulb). Thanks!

You have to remove instrument cluster trim panel, first.
Remove the steering column opening filler panel screws.
If equipped with a column shift, apply the parking brake.
If equipped with a column shift, against shift lever from park to 1st.
Tilt the steering column to the lowest position for access.
Grasp the instrument panel cluster trim plate at one edge and carefully pull to release retainers. Carefully work your way around the entire ip cluster trim plate.
Remove the ip cluster trim plate.
After that, hopefully, it's just a matter of removing a few screws to remove instrument cluster. Speaking for myself, with older models, I usually crack or break something when removing instrument clusters. Hope you have better luck.
