1998 Chevrolet Express Repair Question

Chevrolet Express Click Problem
My chevy express does not start. This happened a couple times. There is now a clicking under the dashboard even when keys not in ignition... but only when drivers side door is open... I dint know if this happened before too. Thanks!

start with a fuel pump pressure test. common failure
