I am having a problem with my 98 camaro 6 spd. When i accelerate hard it will go into 1st and 2nd easy but it will not go into 3rd or 4th easy at all. Maybe not even at all until i slow down. Also when i left off the clutch when idleing there is a rattling noise coming from the flywheel or transmission maybe. What am i looking at?

Noise could be release bearing suspect clutch problem. engine off does trnas shift easy into 3/4? any problem in other gears?

Yeah it shifts great into every gear when driving normally. It's just when accelerating fast. I've heard the bearing problem and how much do you think that would be?

Would recomend doing clutch assembly,flyweel turned. if you have it done @$1200-1500. sugest using CenterForce clutch will not believe how smooth it will shift and lockup
