1998 Chevrolet Blazer Battery Drain Through 3 Batteries This Point Checked Rap

Battery drain. Gone through 3 batteries at this point. Checked RAP circuit with Amp meter there was no light on meter. How can this be fixed (can it be fixed) Can fuse be replaced or bypassed somehow. Please help Thanks!!!
