1998 Chevrolet Blazer Repair Question

Chevrolet Blazer Sensor Problem
Have 209,000 miles on S10, V6 blazer. had major tune up @ 100,000. it's running great...22 mpg on highway. a little tic-tic if sits awhile. what do you recommend for a 200,000 mile tune up? replace O2 sensors? i have $$$.

-Won't hurt if you replace the O2 sensor/s and the components that was replaced at 100K-since you got the $$$$ to do it-
