1998 Cadillac STS Water pours from under dash.

I recently purchased a 1998 cadillac seville sts with approximately 120,000 miles on it. Hadn't had any issues with the car until summer arrived. While driving with the a/c on water pours from under the dash and onto the drivers feet. The water only seems to pour out when performing a turn. When turning left the passengers feet get wet, while making a right turn the drivers feet get the shower. Any Ideas?

Thanks for the quick reply, Is there any way that the water could get into the blower motor housing? The blower used to work fine but after some time with the water issue the fan now hardly blows at all, I thought that it may be full of water as well. The blower quit working altogether so I verified it had power but I had to run a jump wire to the ground to get it to work again but it just doesn't blow very hard at all now(can't even feel it at the vents.)?

It is possible for conesation water to enter blower housing
