How do I replace the blower motor it looks crazy ive replacaed a few but this one has me nervous

1. Disconnect negative battery cable. On 3.1L engines,  remove generator belt. Remove generator and set aside. On all mo
harness connector. Position engine wiring harness aside.
2. Cut blower motor case plastic cover on lines indicated on cover (about 7 o'clock to 5 o'clock position). DO NOT cutÂ
Swing cut portion of cover down.
3. Remove cooling tube from blower motor. Remove blower motor mounting screws. Remove blower motor from vehicle. To
procedure. Use an insulating type sealant to secure blower case cover in place.
