Buick Regal Engine Problem
Why is my car overheating?
Engines is overheating even after a new thermostat and new water pump.

Does the radiator fan work? How hot is the engine getting in degrees F. Some fans won't even turn on till around 220 degrees F.
Can you check for coolant flow, anywhere, through the radiator or engine?

new waterpump new themstat. no leaking of raditator.

You didn't answer any of my questions. Another issue, might be as head gasket problem. Unless you can do a liuttle testing, I don't what to tell you?
