How do you do a throttle body and ICA service?

My car stalls on idle, we have ruled out alternator, air filter, intake hoses and any other possible leaks. It starts then idles right down to a stall but then starts right back up fine. It dose not stall while driving.

could e a vacuum leak.

could be an idle control motor failure.

Its not vacuum, we have made sure of this. I know for a fact it just needs a throttle body/ICA service. I prefer to do my own work, but never done anything of the above, I just dont know what kind of work it is... (cleaning parts or replacing)Is this an at home job>
