Buick Century Wheel Problem
Hard turning right only, I have replaced the rack power steering pump and complete struts with springs.. I am stuck???? Dennis

Put the front of the car up on jack stands then unhook both outter tie rods from the spindles then move the wheels wheels back and fourth by hand and see if you can feel binding?
