BMW 740 Power steering Problem
Looking to buy this car stering is hard to turn when driving around town fine on hway no fluid leaks what is the worst sinero and cost thanks

dont know the failure yet
it could be a power steering pump or rack.
simply put, have it repaired before buying the car.
