Is there a bad relay or fuse in my Audi?

The blower motor, headlights, foglights, turn signals, outside temp, horn, etc stopped working on my 1998 audi a4 avant all of a sudden. What could be the problem? Also on the ac display when you turn it on the blower indicator goes up and down then shuts off

it sounds like a fuse. check them with a test light. if there is a blown fuse, then you need to find out why the fuse blew. this is only the beginning.

Okay, do you know if there is more than one fuse panel? I tried the one on the drivers side of the dash board and I looked at the black panel under the hood, is there another one some where in the car?

The fuse for that is number 5 located in the driver side of the dash. Looking at the fuse box its the 2nd row down from the top far left fuse
