So the driver power seat switch, doesn't work? There fuses for the power seat in the underhood fuse block.

Check the wiring for the slide motor, check voltage and ground. Click on the link for wiring colors. You could have something broken, mechanically or possible the slide motor is bad? Unless you can do some testing, I can't tell much from here?
