I get a warning light when I turn to the right

Every time I turn to the right my 1997 Volvo S40 'computer' red info light flashes on, and stays on until I drive straight. Never happens any other time. Someone said 'don't worry', it's only a poor cable connection for the diagnostics computer. For over a year it has been coming on 'infrequently' but since I had it serviced and the new lower suspension arm fitted, it is happening every single time I move/turn to the right with the steering wheel.

Check for a wire getting pinched or grounding out somplace, especially since the control arm has been replaced and this has been happening. Check harness to see if it's rubbing on frame in thatarea.

Also what message are you getting on the instrument cluster? When that light comes on, there should be a message comming on as well? Also have you noticed anything else strange when that light comes on? Let us know.
