1997 Volkswagen Other Repair Question

My car will not fire well after about 1km to 1.5km drive
My vw vento will fire very well after about 1km to 1.5km drive. i have just scan the engine, the error had been corrected, but "engine cam shaft halt sensor could not be corrected" the electrician disconnect the cable. could that be the problem? or what can i do? please help.

i don't know the code but it is cam shaft halt sensor
