how do I remove the heater box on a 1997 Jetta sedan with air conditioning?

1997 Volkswagen Jetta Remove Heater Box On Sedan Air Conditioning

Evacuate the A/C
Remove steering wheel & instrument cluster
Remove Center Console around shifter
Remove radio & heater panel trim
Remove all push button switches
Remove dash (some fittings below windshield in engine bay, remove wiper assembly for better access)
Move heater box assembly away from firewall after removing retaining nuts from engine side (including a/c connection)
I might have missed items... this was off of the top of my head.
