Toyota Corolla Engine Problem
Why would a toyota corolla engine&an area below fuel tank lead opener on the l.h.side pop sound while switching off once the ignition key is at off point?

You have to find out what is causing the noise to know why.

I mean it produces bubbling sound as if the combustion isn't complete?

A mechanic friend told me its carbon clogged,how do we remove the carbon an the system coz diagnosis comp doesn't detect any malfunction?

After ignition switch is turned off, it has nothing to do with combustion so I don't understand what you are refering to.
