why would a toyota corolla engine&an area below fuel tank lead opener on the l.h.side pop sound while switching off once the ignition key is at off point?

You have to find out what is causing the noise to know why.

I mean it produces bubbling sound as if the combustion isn't complete?

After ignition switch is turned off, it has nothing to do with combustion so I don't understand what you are refering to.
