If that's a pretty loud single clunk each time you turn the ignition switch to "crank", suspect worn contacts in the starter solenoid. They can be replaced for around ten bucks. Many farm and home, and hardware stores have the kits for Chrysler products, but if you need the plunger too with the contact disc, that has to come right from the Toyota dealer for your car.
