Is the Check Engine Light indicating and have you tried to retrieve for trouble codes?

The idling system seems to be faulty and you need to get that checked. Have the throttle body and IAC cleaned and retest.

Clean the Idle Air Control valve and throttle body and retest.

You might need to check the Throttle Position Sensor readings.

You need a can of carb cleaner, can be purchased easily from any parts outlets.

Remove the air cleaner hose.
Spray carb cleaner into the throttle body and the ports inside it. Allow the cleaner to soak inside the ports while you use a used toothbrush or rag to clean the interior of the throttle body with the throttle plate fully opened.

You can start vehicle without the air hose but it might required some additional cranking time and might run erratically for a while before it stabilises due to the presence of carb cleaner.
