Suzuki Sidekick Fuel filter Problem
Just got a 97 Sidekick sport with the 1.8 DOHC. Car had been sitting for a while.
Has a new gas tank, and supposedly new fuel pump. Changed oil ( Castrol full
synthetic 10-30, and Lucas stabilizer ), and serpentine belt. Car runs fine, but is
getting harder to start. Wondering if fuel filter may be clogged from sitting up.

Wondering don't solve problems and neither does it help. You need to perform testings and diagnostics to find out. Fuel filter would not cause difficult starting without affecting the engine performance.
Have the fuel pressure tested.
Were the spark plugs and related components checked?
