It's sealed you will have to replace the hub assembly you just remove the wheel and drum. Then you will see four 10mm bolt's holding the hub assembly remove the bolt's and replace the hub assembly.

-Before lifting the vehicle, remove the axle nut
-Bring up the vehicle and remove the wheel and totally of the brake parts
-Take away the axle from the transmission and steering knuckle
-Using a hydraulic press, separate the wheel hub from the steering knuckle
-Take out the support plate and snap-ring securing the wheel bearing
-Set up the snap-ring, any needed seals and the mount plate
-Press in the wheel hub while supporting the inner wheel bearing race and re-install
-Test drive the vehicle to verify that the new wheel bearing is smooth and placid
