Where can I find or who can tell me the allowable hours to charge to change out the two plastic cooling hose connectors on the tension assembly for a 1997 Pontiac Grand Prix GT 3.8 (No Supercharger) Automatic?

Also, the engine should be around 60-90k miles so should the upper plenum and intake gaskets be replaced too?

As of today, with a pressure test, a leak is found at the cooling hose connectors. Not sure if there is any internal leaks at this point.

Once these are changed. Is there any value in having the upper plenum or lower intake gaskets changed out?

I believe the upper plenum was changed in 2009. It no longer has a GM stamp on it per the guy I had look at it today.

Replace it only if you have issues with leaks.
