how do I get in with no keys or even get under the hood to unlatch it?

where are your keys?if in car you can take registration or title to dealer they can make you a set or you can try a slim jim to open lock but alot of times air bags go off doing that so you have to be careful or call a locksmith they can make a set usually on the spot.
