1997 Plymouth Voyager 3 0 Engine Interference Engine Cut Off Down Road

It has a 3.0 engine. Need to know if it has an interference engine in it. It cut off going down the road. Made no noise at all.

The 3.0L is not an interference engine. If the timing belt broke, replace the belt, and the water pump for insurance. There are more common causes of stalling though. First remove the distributor cap and see if the rotor is turning when a helper cranks the engine. If it is, the timing belt is not broken.
