1997 Peugeot 306 electrical problems

I have had my car to a garage and an auto electrician and they can't find the problem. All my electronics blink off for a second everything on the dash including all my lights front and rear lights my central locking then fails to work

-Have the charging system, ignition switch and all ground points -checked

All that was checked by auto electrician. They ran a diagnostic test, problem is they ask me to bring it in when it is happening but its so unpredictable and once I restart the engine everything is fine for a few miles
