Increased noise when idle
While moving off from traffic lights I noticed the volume when I rev the car has increased significantly. When I turn it on and go out of the car the noise seems to come from underneath the car, near the middle.
It just passed its MOT last week.
Sounds like something might have come loose.
Any ones any ideas or guesses on cost to fix?

Best thing is to get it on a lift and see if you can pinpoint where it is coming from. Have you had any lose of power ? If you have check the converter. With it cool tap on it with your hand and see if you hear any kind of rattling inside. If so the converter is starting to go.
