Nissan Quest Bubbles Problem
The car heat does not warm up fast when starting in the morning

Link to full factory service manual for 97 quest. In the MA (maintenance) chapter are instructions (begin on page 11) for removing air bubbles from the cooling system. That sounds like your problem.

Check the thermostat. It could be stuck in the open position if coolant level is correct.
