At idle no A/C on. Rpm at750-800. Rpms drop about 100 rpm an then smooth out again. Also right before stopping at time of pressing clutch in the rpms drop to zero and recover but some times it dont and cuts off, replace throttle sensor, mas air flow, idel air control, it also has a aux idle air controll, it has no codes set. My main concern is the idling problem. It has a lot of vacum lines and have checked them over and over

Have you checked the vacuum hoses and intake using something like carb cleaner to see if it will change the RPM's

I have checked vacum hoses after vacum hoses. I have oem dealer manual for the engine controll system. That listes all the codes and trouble shooting, vacum diagrams, and how each componant works and how to check if it works properly.
