Mitsubishi Galant Body Problem

It run fine untill it gets warm then it cant keep its revs up and starts to rattle a little bit. was sitting for 5 months. if i fill the radiator up it would be near empty when it cuts out after driving once. drives fine other wise. and once hot it will turn over but just struggle to keep revs up and ends up dieing.! plz help!!!!!

You have a serious coolant leak somewhere and this has to be rectified asap to avaoid damaging the engine due to overheating.

Have the throttle body and IAC (ISC) cleaned as idling speed is too low.
