1997 Mercury Sable Repair Question

Mercury Sable Fuse Problem
I have a fuse that blows, especially when you put it in reverse, it dies and then change the fuse, electronic engine control, can't find why it is blowing could it be a sensor, sending a wrong message. I just put a new starter on and the transmission has been rebuilt, electrical wiring has been replaced.

check the ground for the ecm it may be causing this or a loose wire in ecm. it could be the ecm as well though. it's on the left front fender near the air cleaner.
